contd.These public kitchen can be created at block levels and there size will be depending upon probable users.These kitchens can be run by govt. approved authority and having a small packaging system as per local needs.All Indian food certifications authority will allow to use their authenticating logo/ seals so that when packaged food from these public kitchens reaches to market it could compete with branded sellers and due to low labour cost it can expand in market.These need union budget

Please make our great country even greater by making it cashless. Keep a horizon of three years, give people three years to go cashless. Thereafter we will come to know the real income of people. Thereafter the government can decrease the income to the highest slab of 20 percent. If there is any necessity of cash, keep currency note of rupees then only. Fake currency and funding to illegal activities can be arrested. After three years country will have windfall of taxes.
