Hon'ble PM, this is my humble suggestion to incentivise rain water harvesting for Indian tax payers, whether it is an individual or a corporate so that precious ground water levels may be recharged. You can consider giving tax benefits to those tax payers who contribute towards rainwater harvesting in the up coming budget. Corporates may also be encouraged to actively participate in rainwater harvesting through their CSR obligations.
Respected PM Sir, if the government is really committed in reforming the education system then first the govt. Schools need to be upgraded at village or panchayat level and there should be proper monitoring of fee charged by private educational institutions.

End CREAMY LAYER RESERVATION in SC/ST. Richer dalits eat away better options than poor dalits.
Sir,
An entrepreneur who did not got license to start his auditorium at Kannur who invested 16 crore suicide himself, this is quite common in Kerala. So let our BJP government have a central Govt site, whomever wanted to set up any activities has to send an online application, it is the duty of the state government Panchayath/ village officer to go to the entrepreneur house and give all necessary license within ten days. So lot of tiny industries will come up, kindly liberalize license policy
