Narendraji Pranam,
The citizens residing in A Grade cities find it very difficult to pay the increasing fees rates. The best way to control the school mafia is to have centralized fee regulation structure of all the CBSE schools. This can be done by automating the system of CBSE affiliation. The middleman still takes money in lakhs and crores to renew affiliation of CBSE. To stop this the school should have strict guidelines which should come from HRD to CBSE. USE NISG to link CBSE to MMP.

Sir,States like Assam is merged under water during rainy season destroying crops and properties, whereas in States like Rajasthan there is acute shortage of water. To balance the same, when water level reaches an alarming level, water can transported out of the state rivers through concrete pipes to other states where people/crops die due to water shortage. For sharing the natural resources, the state must get a royalty just like mineral oil. This way it will be a win - win affair.

- Prevention of Industry Sickness,Creation of Depreciation Fund For timely Modernization of P & M or Replacement, - Sickness due to Diversion of funds of Dep. reserve on which income tax exemption allowed.
1. The depreciation exemption amount should be deposited with Gov. with stipulated lock in period and Depreciation Fund should be created through such deposits.
2. The fund can be used for Infrastructure Development, R & D, etc. & Small interest can be allowed on deposits.

Honourable Modiji, As a great admirer of you, I humbly request you to initiate Water Conservation Management similar to Swatch Bharat and in that please promote rain water harvesting thru out India and also initiate projects for linking of all rivers . Please bring water under central government instead of leaving it with state governments so that all states will get equal share as per the area & population with out any bias.Have target as by 2021 (in 2 years) no Indian should starve for water.

Respected PM Sir, firstly huge greetings for phenomenon win and best wishes for upcoming 5 years. I would like to thanks you for giving me this opportunity. My point may not be directly related with digital India or reformation or job creation or something else towards building nation something like that. My point is very different than others, so I have attached my letter which I expect will reach properly without filtration and will be raised in Mann Ki Baat.

Sir
Please allow private sector to open desalination plants along the coastline as this is the only future of water in our country. ISRO should find a cheap solution for desalinated wat
Next please open jobs centres in overseas countries through the external affairs ministry to guide the youth of this country to get jobs. This will reduce the pressure on jobs in the country.
Thirdly please promote biotoilets in a big way as precious water is being wasted. It will also improve the environment.

Suggestion...
Once in a year, the Prime Minister & PMO should temporarily shift to Tier II or Tier III Cities and operate from there for at least 7 days in a year/six months.

Likewise, the 545 loksabha member, should operate for 7 days once in a year from Tier II or III Cities. This way, following benefits can be achieved -
1) The members get to know about all minutest problems of the area and can guide
2) Local Administration will enhance its efficiency.
