Employment can be generated in the flats and there will be sufficient jobs in the malls, maintenance of flats, in the basement consisting of three levels for car parking and jobs as carwashers, mechanics and other affiliated jobs. This will help upgrade the dignity of labour and their earnings is assured as helpers in the mall also. They will have a different standard of life
MSMEs are facing big difficulty and heavy bank charges due to Exception 3 to section 28(b) of the Indian Contract Act. Banks are asking every MSME to give minimum claim period of one year in every bank guarantee even if the party is asking for 3 months claim period. Due to this Banks are charging heavy bank charges of one year claim period in issuing Bank Guarantees. Parliament has amended and engrafted exception 3 to section 28(b) with ambiguity about bank charges. It needs to be looked upon.
Respected Sir ji, I hail from Chennai a city which is perennially water starved. Last year the SWM was bountiful and lakhs of cusecs of water let into the sea through the Cauvery River. If a canal / channel could be constructed from Mettur to Chennai through the Northern districts of Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Vellore and Kanchipuram water can be released through this channel whenever there is excess flow in the Cauvery River. This project will help all the districts mentioned above.
Respected sir, doctors all over the country has been facing many incident of assults with no fault. Medical faternity is very scared to work in hospital especially in government hospital. Kindly consider this issue and provide us central doctor's protection act .
Thanking you
Respected Prime Minister,
A more focused approach to the Swach Bharat Abhiyan to take care of the waste management (and people's health)across every nook and corner of the country looks a very important need . Perhaps its already being done, but if sustainable systems accepted globally to scientifically process waste into fuel or similar is brought in,it would help greatly.
Perhaps a major portion of MNREGA could be routed to people to be employed in this space for logistics and otherwise.
Dear Prime Minister,
It is time to think of houses for the homeless. I have a scheme that will help people residing in colonies within the cities. Comfortable flats that maybe given free of cost to the homeless can be constructed on one side of the area under consideration and another part may be alotted to the affluent so that the cost is evenly distributed. The lower portions maybe be utilised for commercial purposes so that the maintenance of the entire colony is regulated.
Dear PM Sir,
This is Sumit Sharma,a Citizen of your country India.
The basic problem these days I've been observing is
problem to manage the"Rain Water Conservation".
I've a Idea to get of it:
There should be a law that "Rain Water Conservation" should be made compulsory & Government should provide some subsidies to
to the people who cooperate with the Government to Conserve the Rain Water. So that there will be no people in India dying of Thirst & no state to
face the Droughts.
Thanks
Respected sir,
We, doctors, would like to bring to your notice the ever increasing cases of assault on doctors countrywide. Despite the over burdening of work due to lack of facilities , we try our best to serve the community in best possible way. We have the foll. requests-
- Implementation of Doctors' Protection Act at central and state level
-Betterment of security in hospitals countrywide.
We would be grateful if you could take up this issue for the next episode.
Thank you.
