A smart modification of PIN code and GPS system of India:
India is currently having around 19000 PIN codes; area per pincode is roughly 175 sq km; which is way to large. In UK average area per postcode is roughly 0.5 sq km. The problem of Indian PIN codes can be solved by adding two letters at the end of existing postcodes. For example 713406XY. Suffixing last two letters will divide each existing postcode into 26*26=676 unique postcodes. The area of new postcodes will be 0.25 sq km.
