My idea is to make the implementation of rules easier by
a) Putting as many steps online as possible (along with time-slotting)
b) Repeal the old act and incentivise the police for Lodging FIRs (very careful planning here)
c) giving good citizens some empowerment for simple rule-breaks (e.g. Traffic Rules implementation)
6. Indian Police Act 1861 is very old one. Most of us would agree that it is not relevant in Today’s world. Change this act to make certain implementations easier.
7. In the above act a separate mention of “Traffic Rule Violation cases”. These are relatively simpler cases (e.g. people going Wrong-Side) and a few photograph proofs should be sufficient and could be put up on web site. Adhaar Database is good and hence offenders could be contacted with Notices to attend courts.
3. No power is given to this complaint. You still have to go to police station physically and that too without a time-slot (like in Passport Seva Kendra). This could be one big discouraging factor as nobody knows how much time will be spent/ wasted.
5. Next big hurdle is that Police is always wary to lodge an FIR. Can something be done to incentivise police to lodge FIR. Maybe some bonus component could be added for completing FIR (Very careful planning is involved here)
Biggest weakness of India is "Implementation of Laws/Rules". But i want to propose a solution for this. “Make the filing of a case/incident as easy as possible”. But that facility is already present even in states like U.P. Then why aren’t people using it. This is because of several reasons
1. Many educated people are just not aware of it
2. The website does not categorize the complaint correctly (e.g. correct drop downs)

Respected prime minister i wanted to say that , the place in madhya pradesh ,KARAHAL 476355 is not having direct conectivity with jaipur by railway and it is inconvenient to travel from karahal to jaipur i have to take two buses and one train to reach jaipur and this may be the reason behind the lagging of karahal people to get good education and if good connectivity will be there than we people can contribute in the development of our country ,please look forward to this matter...
Thanking you

Respected Prime Minister sir,
This is regarding the 6 month paid maternity leave initiative under maternity act. This initiative will be helpful to all the working class women.
From their health prospective also they will get enough time to recover and join the organisation again, this initiative also leads to support the mothers who plan to quit their jobs because of her child responsibility.
Request you to kindly consider this issue and pass this maternity act bill as soon as possible.
