I request you to initiate to build large water recharge pits(A deep pit filled with large boulders, small boulders, sand and covered with small plants and grass for water filtration) at base of mountains, river banks.
It has 2 benefits.
1.To improve ground water level around areas

Please include training in Agriculture, army training and industrial training for at least six month each as part of education before graduation in any subject.

My second suggestion please ban the bagging (bhkshavrati) for children below 14 years. It will reduce rate of crimes against children.
