Affordable Housing is being exploited by Builders by overloading the projects with super luxuries like swimming pool golf clubs . Builders have increased the rates in extended suburbs but 1st time buyer wants a simple decent affordable house. Such over costly luxuries should not be permitted in affordable housing schemes. Banks should not give bank loans beyond 10 to 15 years for repayment and this will greatly reduce the loan burden for common men .. Please stop exploitation of common man .
