प्रधानमंत्री जी, पिछले कुछ दिनों पहले ही मैं ने वित्त मंत्री से ट्वीट कर ये कहा कि "PMAY" के बगैर भी आपका हर भारतीय को घर का सपना पूरा हो सकता है यदि आप घरों के लिए दिए जाने वाले कर्ज़ की दर मे शिक्षण की योग्यता के आधार पर कर्ज़ मुहैया कराए,जैसे पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट को 3%, ग्रेजुएट टेक्निकल 3.5% ग्रॅज्युएट 4%, HSC 4.5% SSC 5% की दर तय करे यदि वो पहली बार घर ले तो और बाकी लोगों को आम प्रचलित दर से कर्ज़ मिले। बहुत ही सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आएगे और शिक्षा का महत्त्व भी बढ़ेगा, इसके अलावा और भी सुझाव है।

in many states like UP and Uttarakhand a lot of agricultural land is being used as residential or commercial. being agricultural these lands require to undergo the process of mutation. however when these lands are no longer being used as agricultural then the mutation process for these should be done away with as it's become more if a way for many to make quick money.

Namaskar,Modi Ji.I have a suggestion which might help increase the number of electric cars in our country.I suggest that we have several Electronic Vehicle(EV)Charging Points in both public areas and office work places.Electric cars will lay the foundation for the bright future of India and lead our country forward on the path of development.I hope you will look into my suggestion.

मेरी हार्दिक इच्छा है कि हमारे सरकारी स्कूल भी विदेशों की भांति सर्वश्रेष्ठ हों। सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों व नेताओं के लिए अपने बच्चों को सरकारी विद्यालयों में पढ़ाना अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए । इससे बहुत बड़ा बदलाव आएगा । पब्लिक स्कूलों पर खर्च की जाने वाली बड़ी पूंजी की बचत होगी। समाज में ईमानदारी व में मेहनत को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

sir , I feel something must be done to control the way different parties give iincentives to voters before any election. like some giving laptops or mobiles or cheap onions, etc. some waving off electricity bills or water bills when the electricity boards or half sansthans are as it is bearing huge losses. it's criminal, more so as it's in a way bribing people and bribing is a criminal offence. gifts i should be out of the candidates own pockets and not at state's cost.
