अगर तात्कालिक पुलिस का काम 1 वाला रहने दिया जाए और
पूरे भारत में 2 वाले काम के लिए इंटेलिजेंस विभागों में से किसी को दिया जाए तो बेहतर परिणाम होंगे ऐसा मेरा विश्वास है।

This regards to recent penalties for violating traffic rules. While one should not flout norms, so we fully agree for such penalties. But, what about penalties on government agencies which dont do good job in terms of bad roads, delay in issuing any letters/certificates?
