1 .Landlords are taking huge amount in rent and they don't give their PAN CARD DETAILS due to which we are not able to claim HRA fully Also, it means they are not paying their tax properly on the amount which are earning through rent
2) Capping on rent:- There should be some kind of Caping onrent.
