Shri Modiji,
I have a suggestion. I feel whatever need to be done has to be repeatedly reminded, by others or by ourselves, until it becomes a habit. The idea is to use stickers, posters and wall paintings. To start with use stickers in homes. Let stickers about switching off lights when not in use and about keeping house clean be stuck on house walls as a constant reminder for the inmates. Let posters be stuck in offices. Let wall paintings be done on city walls. This I have found, it works.

Dear Sir,

Farmers need to be the top priority of the budget. Fauji bhai got partial implementation of One Rank One Pension scheme after a wait of 42 years. But our Bhaartiya Kisaan, our Anndaata has been suffering for over 200 years without any respite. Even a peon/chapraasi will get Rs 18000 per month as per recommendation of 7th Pay commission. Farmers average monthly income is mere 1666. Why has our Anndaata been left to die? Please create Farmer Income Commission same as Pay Commision.

(1...) I do not understand that how Govt. (especially BJP Govt.) is missing this issue. In short we need separate budget and team to control corruption in all major sectors. The team must be technically and financially qualified to understand the sector (Planning, design wherever applicable, execution, budget planning and cost control, strong knowledge of construction and site management, etc.).

This team should report to PMO.

Monitoring team to monitor this team. "Shrestha Bharat"
