1.Provide full autonomy to public universities with no political interference. 2.Increase the spending on R&D from current 0.9% to at-least 2% of GDP. 3. Recruit more brains but not only limited to Indians but foreign national as well with international standard incentives. 4. Increase international collaboration on multi-national funded science projects from advance to basic sciences. 5.Improve the current lab facilities and increase effort to open labs on advance research fields.

Our country gave 6000 engineering colleges but the number of medical colleges are very less in Numbers. As our population is too high we need more doctors for treatment.our India needs more and more doctors so I request my government to increase the number of seats in medical exam and Number of medical colleges too.

We need to change the judging pattern to select who is good or who is bad. We have to change the present evaluation system where mugging is more effective than learning.
For that, Teachers should evolve some process to evaluate intelligence. Repeating old questions/papers has corrupted the system. First we should research how to prepare innovative questions where nothing is repeated... Students must made curious...

Sir jis tarah swach bharat abhiyan chalaya ja raha hai usi tarah se jal(water) Bachao abhiyan bhi chalaye jitna swach bharat abhiyan zaruri hai usse kahi jyada zaruri jal bachao abhiyan hai so plz sir ese bhi jitna jaldi ho lagu kiya jay.

स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के लिए garbage डिस्पोजल एंड रीसाइक्लिंग पर वैज्ञानिक नजरिये से बहुत कुछ किया जाना जरुरी हे। इसी तरह से शहर और गाओं को स्वच्छ रखने का अभियान चलना आवश्यक हे।

To educate our nation on clean INDIA first we need to teach basic environmental parameters to school children about disposal of garbage, planting of trees, save water and so on.. The grown people will not respond to this words given by our government but school children minds are too sharp they will catch the things what taught by their teacher. Also first we need to teach how to behave to girls and women. It must be the first thing to our childrens. So starting from children ...
