In schools, teachers after working for near about twenty years feel exhausted, frustrated, stagnated. He wants a change.Make promotion channel fast.If not promoted on time, that person became a burden on system.Totally finishing the holy system. In teaching job a person got job in early twenties and after 20 years he just corrupt the system, reduce the retirement age and ban on reemployment and extension type policies from education department if you want to improve system. Must do for betterment

Res. Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards anti youth and anti economy, Reemployment and extension policies going in many government departments.By these policies heavy loss of revenue and big loss of employement generation take place. Promotion channel stopped. System failure happens. Giving you a example of such policy in Delhi schools.
A 60+ retired, exhausted, finished, stagnated teacher is getting job for two(2) more years and doing nothing. Just time pass.Remove them.
