Community participation is a good idea. However enforcing it is a challenge. It needs to be followed up with continuous monitoring and transparency. It cant be a top down approach.
Its not an easy task to upgrade our education system. Right from the government schools. Where we have either no facility in schools or Teachers avoids in providing all government provided stuffs to students. We need to upgarde / remove our outdated government Teachers first and need to join the most hardworking teachers whos track record are very good in Private schools. Old teachers either should be provided some Course to upgraded them self or give them good retierment options.

The mindset of teachers, parents and students is changong to align with CCE pattern. It is a very good system as this will make our students learn for life and self motivated. this may initailly take a little while but it is very beneficial in the long run. I strongly advocate for the students to learn for life knowing and understanding application of each topic/ concept. they should build competency and excel in life rather run in rat race or unhealthy competition. the current system of CBSE
