Also get excellent interpreters and translators for your speeches and talks in non hindi speaking states. We can clearly see the crowd response say in Karnataka campaign. The impact was not there. This is a very genuine suggestion which can be liked by all the Tax payers and some how will benefit to Govt too.
If govt can provide Medical insurance to all Tax payers and the limit can be decided based on their tax paid during the last 5 years or upto their retirement.
I am an employee of a private sector and gives tax in lacs but alway think what will happen after my retirement when i will not have any insurence provided by the company. hence govt should make such policy if any individual has given tax for 5 years minimum he should be provide some insurence for life long. This will encourage people to be tax payer.
we are people who are not taking any ayushman type of facility as we dont come to that income bracket.
this is an idea rest upto you sir.

This message is to seek your support to enable fast tracking of balance construction of Unitech property - Vistas, in sector 70, Gurgaon. I have been paying interest for property under Unitech litigation for last 13 years and now despite appointment of SC lead team to complete construction, for last one year, progress to complete construction and handover flats ( 95% payment made for 90% completed flats) is extremely slow. No timeline yet to start any site activity. Since retired now, finding it extremely difficult to pay bank interest and effecting adversely on Heath and well-being. Request your honourable support to enable fast tracking the activity. Just pleading for help please 🙏

I know, i am not using the right forum to raise my issue however i am not aware of any other area to bring the plight of thousands of home buyers to your notice. Please consider this appropriately please 🙏

I present before you the plight of thousands of people of this country who have put in their life's savings in hope of owning a flat for themselves. Which have not been delivered and now they are loosing hope that they would ever see it in this life time. One of such case is of a builder in Gurugram - Unitech. Hon'ble Supreme court has taken over such cases . Builders are in jail for what ever they had done. Now comes expectation to see things moving and delivery of flats/properties be delivered. But the pace of justice being delivered is sluggish. So much that now even twilight seems to be fading away. Many of persons who had invested are old and retired. the property they have invested could have been their earning support in old age but slowly and steadily they are loosing hope. Thru your good office it is pleaded that government to intervene and energize the sedate the process so that these thousands of souls could see their dream shaping into a reality.

Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that residential projects worth Thousand Crores are lying stuck and hard earned money of common man and Banks/institutions is lying idle for more than 10 years. In one of cases of UNITECH BUILDER, Supreme court and Union Government took a remarkable step for completion of all stuck projects. A large size of flats can be completed of these projects in even 6 Months time and handed over to the owners. This on one hand create wealth of individuals and banks and further build confidence of rest of flat owners and certainly enhance people trust in governance. Sir, this just need your personal attention and monitoring by PMO to kick start. Regards.

We all know that in our society women are expected to prioritise family over career and in this process many of them give up their dreams of becoming a civil servant. Later due to pressure of increasing age and decreased attempts they loose their confidence and completely give up. This is also reflected in the meagre representation of women in civil services every year.
Many of the State public service commissions provide unlimited attempts till a certain age like 40 or 42 apart from the reservation to respected communities. But in upsc general candidate women get only 6 attempts where as 9 for obc and unlimited for sc and st till 37 years.
I request you to provide women with unlimited no of attempts with age as criteria and not limiting it by no of attempts. Government has striving to achieve gender parity with various initiatives and I believe this will be a welcoming step to attract more women representation in Public Services.
