No body is caring about the email or the courier. The officers simply reject the request saying insufficient documents.
Please set the Turn around time for all the government services, be it very small one. Track KPIs digitally. Track the performance of the officers.
Need option to upload all the documents in the portal itself. Not just in PF, in every government portals.

Dear Sir, presently, there is no clarity on any of the laws in force as to the nature of relationship between a seafarer and shipowner or the representative of the shipowner. Hence, there is a lot of conflict as regards the payment made to the seafarers, i.e., whether it is a salary payment or a contractual/professional payment. Seafarers have brought glory to the nation through their exemplary services and also helped in earning valuable foreign exchange. Hence, clarity on the above will help to further enhance the seafarer community at large. Thank you. Jai Hind.

These can be implemented as 1-3 months of practical and interactive course instead of subjective approach.
Only basic level of syllabus is good for youths.
