Thank you Honourable PM Modi for creating such platform which is unique in its cause for the citizens of this country to actively take part in your governance. This is my second writing in sharing my opinion,Today I would like to request your honourable to talk about ‘Stubble burning’ which Is seen across the country annually contributing heavily to the increasing air pollution particularly in urban cities. This act of practice by farmers shouldn’t be contempt or taken action as it is the cheapest means for them to dispose. I would like my leader of the nation to address on its awareness and create a specific department to mitigate through recyclable or reusable method such as paddy straws can be used for making mushrooms, grindings can be done to mix with the soil etc. The need for creating separate department is necessary as stubble burning is a perennial issue and our Combat towards air pollution and climate is a lifetime cause.
