dear sir, I am from bangalore, day by day people are dumping garbage road sides ,vacant places..make rule very stricter, like imprisonment, improve garbage collection or come back to old garbage collection rings which uses to be at places, atleast that place used to be dirty, since this door to door to garbage collection has started it ,is not efficient..they do not take all varieties of garbage also expensive,, my suggestion is to create a separate waste management ministry and help us live in a good place,,education of people campaign is over,, but time to punish..and improve the system..kindly start a suggestion forum..pls..i have lots to suggest on improvements etc..collect 1 rupee from all the ghutka, shampoo sachet, bottles etc if they return it back then they should get the refund..on paper cups, plastic cups etc also the cost to charged and recovered on successful return..thank you
