*CARETAKER DORMITORIES & ASSISTANCE IN HOSPITALS* Honorable PM sir, I am a neurosurgeon in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As a doctor working for past 20 years, i have felt a strong need for an assistance required for the caretakers of the patients admitted. An unhealthy person is admitted and provided care and medications. But a caretaker is ignored in the whole process while his role is utmost in bringing medications, to be available for 24hrs and always stay prepped. In the process of treating a patient, the caretaker turns sick and tired at the end. So, honorable Prime Minister, i urge to consider keeping two large dormitories in the basement of hospitals (Male & Female) connected via speaker or landline for at least one caretaker per patient, to be called when needed to whatever ward he/she is required, where rest of the time he can stay or rest. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रमाण, मैं इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर लिख रहा हूं। "हरित भविष्य के लिए संधारणीय अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन" जैसे कि हम सभी जानते हैं यहां(धरती ) पे उत्पन्न जीव वस्तुएँ समय के साथ चीजें स्वाभाविक रूप से अपशिष्ट बन जाती हैं और पृथ्वी के द्वारा उत्पन्न जीव ,वस्तुओं और मनुष्य सभी के भौतिक स्वरूप को नष्ट करने की प्रक्रियाएं प्रकृति की व्यवस्था में सक्रिय हैं। जो पदार्थ को ऊर्जा में और ऊर्जा को पदार्थ में परिवर्तित करते है। हालांकि मनुष्य इसे असंतुलित कर रहा है, उसकी निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं द्वारा,मानव निर्मित वस्तुएं भी समय के साथ अपशिष्ट में बदल जाती हैं। हालांकि, प्रकृति के पास एक कुशल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन प्रणाली है जो कार्बनिक पदार्थों को विघटित करती है और उन्हें पुनः उपयोग के लिए उपयुक्त बनाती है। प्रकृति केवल वही बनाती है जिसे वह पुनर्चक्रित कर सकती है। लेकिन हम मनुष्य इसके विपरीत कर रहे हैं। हम भूल रहे हैं कि हमने सृजन की यह कला प्रकृति से ही सीखी है। सृजन और विनाश दो पहलू हैं और प्रकृति दोनों पर काम करती है, तभी इस धरती पर जीवन संभव है।

प्रधानमंत्रीजी, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधा सरकारी जिम्मेदारी है, बच्चों की प्राथमिक शिक्षा सरकारी स्कूल मे और सभी का हर अस्पताल मे सरकारी खर्च से मुफ्त इलाज हो। आम जनता, सरपंच से लेकर सांसद, मंत्री और चपरासी से जिलाधिकारी सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल मे शिक्षा ग्रहण करे। जो प्राइवेट स्कूल से शिक्षा दे या ले उन्हें सरकारी नौकरी, सरकारी पद इत्यादि सुविधाएं ना मिले ऐसा कानून सरकार लाए। आम जनता, सरकारी अधिकारी और राजनीतिक लोगों के बच्चे एक साथ शिक्षा ग्रहण करे, न जाने कब कलेक्टर, नेता बच्चे को लेने या छोड़ने आजाए? डर बना रहेगा, अफसोस किसी भी सत्र में इस बात पर चर्चा नहीं होती।
