It should be examined whether the social welfare schemes implemented by the central government are reaching the beneficiaries properly. Corruption is increasing in the welfare schemes implemented by the state government and local bodies in collaboration with them. The central government should openly condemn the state governments where corruption is rampant. The central government sends money directly to the bank accounts of the people to prevent money leakage. But it seems that state government officials will do it without any effect. Corruption allegations have been raised in many places against representatives of local bodies for committing irregularities in central government schemes. A warning should be sent to states that allow irregularities in central government schemes.

Dear Sir, India is going forward to create better India by creating new Agripreneurs through Farmer Welfare Schemes in the area of Horticultural development in Agriculture sector. To create faster approvals of Subsidy scheme under NHB for commercial horticulture one 1.5 year back NHB approval process of subsidy got changed by aiming to reduce timelines in approval. But its not true as observed due to lots of delay in NHB office as old officers looking for own personal interests holds or delays the processes by not doing work on time for farmers. There are lots of issues in timeline as well as processing of NHB projects in actual. So you are requested to please review the working of NHB to make it beneficial for Farmers by faster approvals of Subsidies.

Higher rank dene se patient ko unke samne jane or treatment lenne me dikat aa sakti hai. kya higher rank milne se doctor patient ko dhang se treatment de pata hai. private hospital me doctor ke rank nhi hote vo sirf treatment dete hai. ese hi govt hospital me doctor ka koi rank nhi hona chahiye. bhut se doctor hospital adminstration me busy hote hai. hospital me administration ka kaam non medical staff ko dena chahiye. doctor ko sirf doctor ka kaam karna chahiye.
