Narendra Modi ji Working in Defense Sector PSU I would like to suggest that Top Management Few Post to be appointed through IAS & Few Posts From IAF senior Officials as It will bring more transperancy and work oriented culture More over When A person Who comes from Outside he/she will be unbiased and will be more concious and focused towards aligning the organisation towards national vision and interest rather than just safeguading its own interest as Organisation. More over when person come from IAF they will be able to align the work as per current armed force requirement. Also Defense PSU should be allowed and instructed for outside institutes and engineering colleges to have arrange industrial visit and internship in defense PSUs which will help to develop interest of students towards These TEchnological area and think solutions for them .This will also help PSUs to meet Short term Work force requirement through which they can get solve technological problems.
