Respected Pradhana Mantriji, Namaste.I wud like to offer my suggestion to make cpgrams more useful for everyone.currently,it is only transferring&monitoring grievances smartly.but some negligent&corrupt officers are outsmarting it by redressing the grievances unlawfully.Unless it is empowered to take severe action in scenarios where illegal methods are adhered to by the erring officers for closure,cpgrams will merely be an alternate to paper-based complaint system.everyone will bow to cpgrams when it holds unchallengable punishment power on its own.i request you to implement it at the earliest for the benefit of all.This act will significantly reduce burden on courts &also brings a positive change in the notorious police department For ex.,a female victim took refuge in cpgrams for dealing with police.they abused,threatened,stalked late nites&sent police notice notices in watsup against law&its still ongoing.If only cpgrams cud probe into such illegal things&punish,it wud be great sir

PM Sir, Manhandling of travelling Passengers in different Trains by both other Passengers, hooligans and Travellers Train Examiners travelling in the Trains happened recently in Northern , Eastern and Central Railway Sector. So, PM Sir is requested to give instructions to Railway Officials to stop these in Trains. Also some instances comes in light that Passengers missing from Trains. Security of Passengers should give by Railway keeping eyes on these matters since Passengers travels by buying Tickets paying heavy Fare.

PM Sir, In Rangiya Division of North East Frontier Railway Area people holding Monthly Season Tickets of II nd Class Passenger Trains, enters and travels by Mail/Express Trains which are available, which causes hardships to genuine Passengers and holders of Mail/ Express Tickets . No seating area available in Trains. Trains compartments available only 9 or 6 for seating. So, PM Sir is requested to give instructions for checking of Tickets by TTE in this area routinly and increase the train compartments and re introduce the Trains which were stopped currently. And to introduce EMU on Bongaigaon- Guwahati and Rangapara North- Guwahati sector urgently to mitigate the engine reversal at Rangiya Junction. one pair of Trains required to run at noon everyday on both directions. With hope PM Sir will look in this matter and and give necessary instructions to respective officers.

Every local administration spends huge money to collect daily garbage especially biodegradable wastes, etc. A modest home generates nearly 2-3 kilos of bio waste daily. If the Indian Government can tie up with any start up unit or a manufacturer to make compost making devices and supply every household at an affordable price. Thus, the bio waste can be converted into compost and used for gardening wherever possible or feasible.
