आज करोना का प्रभाव हमारे देश में काम हो रहा है लेकिन अगर हमने सतर्कता नही दिखाई तो यह संकट पुनः विराट रूप धारण कर सकता है ।हम आज देख रहे हैं कि लोग करोना प्रतीकात्मक नियमो का पालन नही कर रहे हैं, भीड़ में जाना, मास्क न पहनना , यह सब चीजे हमे पुनः संकट में डाल सकती हैं। याद रखिए करोना चला नही गया बस उसका प्रभाव कम हो गया है। अपनी खुशियां मनाएं बस कुछ नियमो के साथ जिससे कि हम और हमारे आसपास के सभी स्वस्थ और सुरक्षित रहे।
अब शादियों का माहोल है तो भीड़ का होना स्वाभाविक है बस उसमे सभी लोग करोना प्रतीकात्मक नियमो का पालन करें ये याद रखे।

हमारे देश में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से प्रति वर्ष लगभग 1.50 लाख लोगों की मौत होती है और लाखों लोग अपंग हो जाते हैं जो कि किसी बड़े युद्ध में होने वाले मानवीय क्षति से भी ज्यादा है | सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से होने वाले क्षति को रोकने के लिए लोगों में सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता उत्पन्न करना एवं उत्तम गुणवत्ता की सड़कों का निर्माण करना एवं दुर्घटना के तुरंत बाद घायलों को चिकित्सीय सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना आजकल की सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है |

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मेरा एक ही अनुरोध है की आप अपनी मन की बात में एक बात पर अवश्य संदेश दें की हर व्यक्ति जिस तरह से बचपन से गणित विज्ञान आदि विषयो का अध्ययन करता है वैसे हि आयुर्वेद का भी बचपन से अध्ययन कर सके ऐसी व्यवस्था हो इसके लिए जो भी प्रयास हो सकते हों परिवार की ओर से ये किसी भी अन्य संस्था की तरफ से वह अवश्य हों ।
आयुर्वेद के सहज ज्ञान से हर व्यक्ति अपने स्वास्थ को लेकर खान पान को लेकर सतर्क होंगे तो इलाज की आवश्यकता ही नहीं होगी और कुछ बीमारी आने पर उसका आसानी से पता लगा कर बहुत शुरुआती अवस्था में ही पता लगा कर खुद ही इलाज कर सकता है ।
यह देश का शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को सही करने में बहुत बड़ा कदम साबित हो सकता है ।
देश के स्वास्थ विभाग का बहुत बड़ा बजट
कम किया जा सकता है और एक स्वस्थ
