India got independence on AUG 1947 But still one thing persists that is corruption. It exists from grassroots level to upper level. The biggest mistake is people they do want their work to finish in time so they are also motivated to give bribe. Steps has to be taken inform people to take steps instead of fear

SAd law, home ministry is not able to give correct interpretation of constitution after 75 years.

Many call central govt as union of states govt- bad interpretation not corrected by law dept.

Article 12 State includes parliament &government; assembly govt. No mention of UNION of states government.only parliament government.
Please clarify to all- Art 2-Union of states is territory, no state can cede out!

ondrium arasu is not correct-SC judges must use ordinary "we the people English" usage as standard.
Constitution was for all people, not lawyers, judges alone. Give correct interpretation Central or parliament govt,!

I Vishwajeet Agrawal is a former Scientist of the D/o Science and Technology, M/o Science and Technology. I made a complain in November, 2020 to Central Vigilance Commission against Joint Secrettary (Admn) of the Department about the latter misconduct and misuse of official position in relation to my service matters. The CVC forwarded the complain to the Chief Vigilance Officer of the Department and at the same time CVC stated that it does not expect any report from the Department. No action was taken by the CVO of the Department. In fact, the case was not even examined as no investigation report was prepared, let alone proving or disproving the charges I learnt that CVC is (only) an advisory body and it has no control to check Corruption in the Central Govt. Departments and Organizations. Unless the Govt and Parliament empowers the CVC, it would be ineffective to curb corruption in the Central Govt Departments. Dated 24 th Feb., 2022

Sir! I think that original voting percentage will be increased by E-Voting process, so E Voting may be started. Aadhar Card with Voter Id linkage is compulsory to cease duplicate voting. Another thing as per Aadhar Card linkage with Voter Id, address, date of birth & other details will be automatically corrected as Voter Ids have been issued since a longtime. The voter list with concered Municipalities/Panchayats are full of mistakes like name, address, date of birth etc.
This may also be corrected.

Respected Sir, the current reservation policy is not allowing the right talents to pursue their interests & many times they need to pay huge donations / money to get admissions into institutions. On the other side, a non talented person with a certain caste, even with lower marks is able to get admissions into the same institution, & with highly subsidised fees. I agree with the subsidised fees, but surely it it criminal to allow non talented (or persons with lower marks/percentages) to get admissions & other deserving candidates not able to secure admissions.

We need to revamp & restrict the Reservation policy only for subsidied fees, free education, etc. It cannot be an alternative to Merit. I look forward to you to bring this change, else we are only adding more reservations everyday for different castes. Merit cannot be an alternative to caste based reservations.

In this context I as a honorary member MyGov India governance I humbly request to please educate all the Indian students once again through the respective schools and colleges and kindly provide a new system of online pledge directly through national portal of India and issue digital pledge certificates to all individual students of primary school and upto P.hd degrees Indian students with immediate effect to know about 11 fundamental duties of Indian cinema as per the constitution of our country India.
