It will also help in the flurry of Indian companies starting up in Russia, such as Indian pharmaceutical companies doing business in Russia under rupee-ruble payments. As Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov said, Western companies moving out of Russia present huge opportunities for Indian trade and business in Russia. The rupee payments will provide an opportunity to internationalize the rupee away from the western currency rule. Western currency rule is a big loss for India and our currency. India will benefit from discounted oil, petrol and diesel prices from our ally Russia for the next decade as we will have a lot of oil and gas for our use at very low prices. In the new age India doesn't take orders from the West especially America and Britain. They need not threaten India-Russia true friendship relations.
