उत्तराखण्ड के उत्तरकाशी का शहर पर वरुणावत पर्वत से हो रहे निरंतर भूस्खलन से गंभीर संकट पैदा ही गया था। शहर के लोग और काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर पर बह संकट आए गया था। बस स्टैंड सम्पूर्ण रूप से मलवे के नीचे आ गया था , फौरी तौर पर सरकार ने पर्वत पर अवरोधक बनाकर शहर को बचा लिया , पर संकट पूरी तरह टला नहीं था.

ऐसी स्तिथि में स्थानीय पर्यावरण प्रेमी प्रताप सिंह पोखरियाल जो पेशे से एक मोटर मेकेनिक है ने शहर की सुरक्षा की जवाबदारी ली और सम्पूर्ण पर्वत पर श्याम स्मृति वन की योजना बनाई और अनेक प्रजातियों के पौधे लगाए , आज वृक्षारोपण से उत्तरकाशी शहर वरुणावत पर्वत के भूस्खलन से सुरक्षित हो चुका है। स्थानी प्रशासन और आने लोगो ने उनके इस कार्य की प्रशंसा की है।

आपसे निवेदन है की आप एक छोटे से मोटर मेकेनिक की प्रेरणादायी जज्बे को अपने मन की बात कार्यक्रम में शामिल कर श्री पोखरियाल का हौसला बढ़ाये।

Swatch Bharat. The concept of keeping one's surroundings clean is yet to be ingrained in the minds of Indians. Cleanliness is restricted to within the four walls of one's house. Even the learned urbanites cannot be spared. They are the ones who can be seen dumping garbage outside an already overfilled garbage dump or on the road or into any water bodies. Garbage collectors being workers are entitled to a weekly off & festival holidays. Urbanites on those days can’t hold on to the garbage within the house and hand it over to the garbage collector the next day. Instead they throw the garbage outside of the house on to the road side dump area, dirtying the place with stray cows and dogs exploring for leftover food items in the garbage. Efforts to separate biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes at the collection point is yet a far away goal. Learned urbanites think it’s not their responsibility. Separating the waste can be incentivised by adding bonus points in Elec Bill Payments

Retired technocrats is a big resource of experience and technology. MSME strtup by such persons have less failure rate. If Banks give them soft loans of substantial amount, they will create a revolution. I have started MSME EV for remote population and Army, have orders from MoD and civiliansbut not getting adequate funding.

Save the Nation as wel as save the CA Profession. Myself is a CA Professional and I luv my profession and and do respect of my profession being a its my only source of my ROZI ROTI.
I do not compromise with my quality of Audit Work, As during a Limited Review I declared a Suspected Fraud in a Bank Branch for that I have to face amny hurdles and threting in the Bank but I did not comproise with my Profession as bank is a custodian of public money.
I request you to save our profession : Honest/Hardworker CA should be rewarded and dishonest should be punished.

India's judicial system is crumbling. Cases a languish for years & years. Instead of fixing the legal system, various govt have been trying to bring in new laws to bypass traditional courts. Case in point Rera. Rera courts are also facing similar issues. eg. in Maharashtra it takes at least a year before a case is picked up for first hearing. Criminals use weak judicial system as a shield to carry out their crimes. Because it punishes victim more than perpetrator.

In garb of Covid, many courts have stopped in person hearing & moved to fully online mode. Entry of public has been restricted. General public has very little access to know day to day working of court. Lack of transparency breeds corruption & should stop immediately.

Govt should come with laws which should make it mandatory for ALL courts to live stream court proceedings online where citizens of country can witness working of courts. It is the first step towards improving transparency & efficiency of courts.

I am a supporter of Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign and I believe in it. As a freelancer I work on many things and while doing something I came across an idea which if implemented in India in a proper way by government support and some organization such as Tata, who think about country first and then about business, then it can address unemployment situation to quite an extent, provide a source of either primary income or side income to unemployed/self employed/freelancer people, students, housewives, and even working professionals and also to Divyangs to some an extent, whoever has an access to smartphone and internet. This will also benefit companies by cutting down on recruitment resources and manpower.
I just don't know how to approach you and Tata.

This crop needs only a third of the fertilizer that wheat requires, so we should share the success story with our farmers and if possible send a team of experts along with farmers to study the story of farmers from saint escobille and practice the same in our farm
