In the urbanization, it is a quite challenging task to maintain the village land and urban career especially in the State Bihar. I was inspire by the Pradhamantri Adarsh Gram Yojana and thought of making my village smart into the filed of the rural education, agriculture , economy and medicine. As a director of the company which i started in 1998 in Bengaluru, i spent for R&D under CRS activity Rs. 4lacs to one of the top notch engineering college to built a portable content delivery server and client devices , as well as made a landing website : www.dudhamathia.com. I have all funds from my saving, and mother pension. Though it is at the foundation stage but i am sure to build a model that can be replicated to all villages of Bihar or other states. I have my core family and society moral support with many resistance also.

Our country has many water reservoirs in from form of drains and so on.. We can use them as water parks, Boating complex to beautify the city.

Dear Prime minister,
I am a PhD scholar from the wildlife Institute of India. I am a student of forestry and environmental science. I have worked hard both physically and mentally for all these years. Never have I got paid enough for the work I do or rather we forestry/ environment graduates do. Right now I am employed as a project associate in one of the project in wii. I have not received my stipend for the past three months. My parents are old and unwell most of the time. I am in a lot of debt and unable to repay dues. What do you think I should do? How long are we going to suffer? You say education will bring prosperity. But is that so? Then why are lakhs of phd scholars still unemployed? Or even if we are we don't get paid enough for the work we do. Why are funds for research in environment being cut down? Is everything in the country only for the army? Is that all? Do you think only defence personnel are doing their best for the country? Are we not contributing enough?

It is heard there are several petrol pumps which are giving short percetange of fuel and sold it in black market. Due to huge corruption in HPCL from Top to Bottom.Whether Petrolium Minister is empowered and take action in such matter.Awaiting earliest & positive reply from you.

Every society has 2 positive all weather honest persons , 6 neutral persons and 2 negative all weather corrupt persons .

All the laws are made for these corrupt people but they break these laws and remain untouchable throuugh their political, power and dalay in our legal systems and collect huge money , power through political mafia.

this disheartens 2 positive people and make other 6 neutral persons having inclination or even partnership with 2 Negative people hence these people seems to win elections even though with tainted image and criminal background .

How to eradicate the menace of corruption from our Indian socio political system .

1. honour positive people , put them in Headlines with their good work for society.

2 Strengthen our legal system so all crimes by corrupt people reach to conclusion within a year .

3 When Good will be honoured and bad shiftly punished . It will make mind shift of 6 neutral persons on positive path .

आदरणीय पीएम सर, सादर नमस्कारl सर मुझे यह कहना है कि देश में अभी भी सामाजिक असमानता बहुत ज्यादा है जिस व्यक्ति के पास में जो भी साधन सुविधा जीवन जीने के लिए उपलब्ध है वह तो अपना भला-बुरा निर्वाह कर रहा है लेकिन उस सब के बावजूद भी जो कमजोर वर्ग है वह समाज में आज भी प्रतिष्ठा से रहने को तरस रहे हैं किसी भी क्षेत्र विशेष में कोई न कोई धनी मनी लोग रहते ही हैं चाहे वह जिस जाति धर्म से भी तालुकात रखते हैं वह यही चाहते हैं कि जो कम हैसियत वाले लोग हैं उनको हमेशा डराए रखे धमकाने रखी अपनी बेगारी गुलामी कराते रहें और ऐसा उन लोगों को परिस्थिति में है

आज से करीब,सवा सौ साल पहले, 14 साल की एक बालिका विवाह के बाद उत्तराखंड के एक गाँव मे आई, यहां उसने गर्भावस्था व प्रसव के समय छोटी उम्र की माताओं को अकाल काल के ग्रास होते देखा, उसके बाल मन मे आया काश वह डॉक्टर बन जाय, या नर्स ही होती तो इन्हें बचा लेती ! पर उस समय यह सम्भव नहीं था। उसी समय उसने पक्का निश्चय कर लिया कि वह अपनी बेटी को डॉक्टर बनाएगी और जो कुछ वह करना चाहती है, अपनी बेटी से करवाएगी,और यह है कहानी उनकी बेटी , डॉ लीला जोशी रतलाम की, जिन्होंने retirement के बाद अपना मिशन बनाया कि आदिवासी व पिछड़े वर्ग की गर्भवती माताओं की anemia यानि रक्ताल्पता से होने वाली मृत्यु वे शून्य कर देंगी,इस वर्ग में anemia मातृ मृत्यु का बहुत बड़ा कारण है , और बस उन्होंने लगा दिया अपना सब कुछ इसमे।
आज जीवन के इस पड़ाव में भी (84+) वे अपने अभियान में सतत रूप से लगी है। वर्तमान की इन गर्भवती माताओं के साथ साथ वे भविष्य की स्वस्थ्य तथा anemia मुक्त माताएं तैयार करने में लगी है,करीब 3.5 लाख से भी अधिक बच्चों तक वे पहुंच चुकी हैं।

my concern is for the youth who is preparing for army and airforce from nov. 2020 to feb 2022 , there were 40 rallies of army in regimental centres and ARO,s were organized but after physical and medical the COMMON ENTRANCE EXAM WAS CANCELLED after misguiding the youth for two years that due to covid the exam is being postponed and finally after two years of wait the authorities of ARMY had cancelled the exam the future of 1 lakh youth got destroyed , and they cancelled the exam because they wanted to bring the AGNIPATH SCHEME and they ordered everyone to appear in the process again , ARMY officials shamelessly cancelled the recruitment of youth and same thing happened with airforce students they were waiting fir their joining letter but they also got cancellation of recruitment the struggle anfld hard work of youth got wasted by that cancellaation PLEASE HELP US MODIJI and conplete the pending recruitments of ARMY AND AIRFORCE .
