7. unemployment rate should also be low
8. infra should be improved from rail to roads all covered
9. no legal case in courts should be pending except last one year

In my opinion Voter Card related all the job should be provided to Indian Postal Department and it should be optional that Citizen can enrolled their name in the VOTER LIST throughout the year by paying a Service Fees of Rs. 50 + GST Rs. 9/- totaling Rs.59/-. Now a days Citizens are not reluctant to pay any service charges for the essential and immediate service. The above is my personal view. Rest is up to you.

Sir ye flight ki tickets ka kuch kriye agar in any case koi emergency hai or flight cancel ya reschedule krwana ho toh ye log ek tarah se purri nyyi seat booking ka charge hi lelete hai sir please help this same problem is also with irctc.
