This task requires you to identify 10 most important initiatives that centre and state governments should take to realise the PM’s vision of digital India.
There has been a flood of suggestions in response to the Prime Minister’s vision for a digital India. It is important to prioritize the ideas and come up with a practical roadmap of what can be taken up first with maximum benefit to the nation. This task will help in drawing such a roadmap.
How to weed out corruption using IT and partnership between college students- if it is made compulsory for the college going students to participate in grass root activities under the various development programs, they can make corruption almost impossible. Let's say, if 1 3 to 5% of the workforce is mandated to be made of college students and other youngsters, they can authenticate ground level activity and fair distribution of money by biometric signature. Could report corruption in live !
I am sure, at least one of my suggestions will pave way to realise the PM's vision of digital India.
My idea about Digital India
First, there should be a coordination among all the Ministries/Departments/Offices of Union of India in all the issues. There should be uniformity in the basic functions. To begin with the registering the inward posts have to be computerised in all the Offices. This will enhance transperancy and no complaint/grievance /report will be missed or suppressed. All the inward docks in every UoI Office across India should be entered using the software already developed by the NIC.

Digitization can help India much here is my raw idea to provide health service.....Plz Check this out....Key Notes
My idea is to improve the quality of Primary Education in Government Schools with the participation of IT Services. Detailed idea attached.
1.Transportation Both railways and roadways should be made digitalized by paying through cards.. It will add on several advantages like everyone should travel only if they paid..and could many pblms like standing in queues or unnecessary tensions for both passengers and conductors
2. More awareness should be created for the people to use the online facilities for bill payments
3.As others mentioned generalized smart card should be introduced for payment
