This task seeks the views of the participant on basic yet crucial aspects related to skill development. The relevant information and insights received from this task can be sent to the concerned industries, help in ITI and other relevant curricula and can be utilized in various reports being prepared by the concerned departments.
Need to create Cluster of Universities , Courses , Industries. This will ensure that each year the student has to gain the practical knowledge from the Industry and its mandatory that industries have to contribute. This will increase the talent in each and every industry and will also bring more innovative ideas which will help india achieve the no. 1 spot in the world.
In our edu system skill development to be introduced as one of the subject from school level.2. Part time job for students to be promoted 3.more awards/incentives to students/others for innovative ideas 4. More research centres to be formulated 5. Technical guidance team online 6. Graduates doing agriculture should get spcial privilege. 7. Special organisation for development of automation 8. Promotion of small scale industries for youths. 9. Financial assistance to youth those starts >less...

teaching reform: we need transformation in teaching, analogy based teaching...see bellow child wants, to interact, with what he learns, like imagining beating drums on wall(below), and child wants to experience like a scientist(below)...but we cant teach tyhem in only textbook mode, we must extend classroom...abd explain in "analogy based way" ..like how einstein described his theories in simple way, when nobody understood him...
homework reform:- in some countries like japan,switzerland...there is rule to give homework only which takes 5 minutes,/subject to comlete, unloke in india(rote learning) which doesnt take into account, whether student mastered it or not,but made to copy the work, like xerox machine, we must change it,.we must implement a reform in this...because this puts tremendous pressure on student, his entire time at home is wasted , is made to do homework,..

3. Implementation of ATS Scheme for Success of CTS & COE for More Skill Development & Enrichment.
4. Rising New Skills & Revenue through AVTS.
5. Providing Global Status to CITS.
6. MES for Upliftment of Grassroots Society.
7. Making Provision of Placement Cells & Overseas Services.
8. Road Map for Development of VET.
5 fields: Digital,Electrical,Mechanical,Civil,Bio. Every year Online Exams should be taken for less than 35 age all over India.For each field with a declaration - State who'll Top in a particular field - Headquarter of that field.Toppers- Employees (under experienced people). Aim: Motivation and Right direction for youth. Healthy Competition B/W states.Benefit: It will become easier to know from where talent is coming for a particular field and which state's youth need attention and guidance.

From 9-12 students should have choice selecting vocational courses and get certified for his actionable skill set. Trades like masonry, carpentry, well boring, diesel machine repairing, draftsmanship, wood work, solar panel repairing, battery repairing are required in villages. There is shortage of qualified workers in this area. Let new talent with some basic education fill this gap.
