This task will give wide range of domestic and global best practices that can be useful for the Government and industry leaders in several ways. Best practices that are seen as innovative can be implemented by the Government. Please also list the possible negative effects, if any, of the suggested approach. The doer of this task would bring to the table his or her passion and a fresh point of view that would make this a great opportunity.
...
4.Youth should be motivated to join police force and other security forces and employment in these field should be increased as we have not sufficient security personnel.
5.In field of banking and railway employment for the office work should be given to women. This will give employment to women and will be good for them in all sphere.
Rest of the thing I will discuss in future when I will be ought to do so by the government.Jai Hind...
1.Small scale industry should be developed and government should give preference for this practice in rural area. This will reduce unemployment and poverty in that area.
2.Employment in teaching field should be increased this will give employment to youth and also help to create better future of the country as there is not adequate number of schools in country.
3.IT industry should be developed in the country so that import of IT product can reduce. This give employment to young engineers .
Large scale industries should concentrate to procure their resources(all the probable requirements of their production) from surrounding areas, which can be produced by medium and small scale industries to assist the large scale industries directly or indirectly by the creation of job opportunities for the people of surrounding areas who will be having an adequate knowledge and information about the local aspects needed for the large scale industries.
Create Road Safety Authority of India (RSAI) - with dept like research & innovation, drivers training, RSAI will train instructors. Make a syllabus (diagram & pictures) for drivers training. 20 classes should be mandatory for any body before applying for driving licence by RSAI approved instructor. Then people should go for computer based test to get provisional licence. Within 2 years they should go for practical driving test. Professional drivers must attend road safety training once in a yr
Wages- All the wages by Hotels, Restaurant & any other small or big organisation must be paid through bank. There should be a fine of up to Rs 1 lac for first offence. This will create thousand of jobs in private accountancy company and bank.
Create Health & Safety Authority of India (HSAI) with dept. like research & innovation, education & training, auditing. HSAI will set standards & give licence to private companies for auditing. Health & Safety audit should be mandatory once in a year by HSAI approved private company and certificate with grade can be downloaded from HSAI website after submitting report. This process will create thousands of jobs and save thousands of life because of accidents and death at work place.
Create Quality Assurance Authority of India (QAAI) having research and innovation, education & training and Auditing dept. QAAI will set standards for all public & private work and issue licence to private agency which will work along with private companies responsible for govt & private contract. These company at the end will down load certificate from QAAI after submitting online report on completion of work. FDI should be encouraged in QA. QA will reduce corruption and create millions of jobs
We need to learn that no work is dirty from the rest of the world. Wages should be more for the employees doing a work which is avoided by all. Job satisfaction is the key. Promote innovation in IITs rather than creating world class employees. If you let the people work on things they want, they will work better. This time it is quite irrelevant i know.
i have attached the plan of action for job creation
Further to my previous posting:-Many high paid persons have been recruited through job portals, where a prospective employer or employee can search for talents or openings by simply registering for free. The job portal companies are regularly sending job opportunities to candidates on regular basis. If opted for payment system the service will further be customised.
Even abroad employment can be secured through job portals free of cost.
If private players can do this why not the Government.
