This task invites you to share a blueprint on how to balance tourism development with local ecosystems. For example, the Himalayan states have become hotbeds for tourists from across India and the world. Yet, the arrival of tourists has put considerable strain on the local ecosystem.
These days lots of people prefer weekend getaways, so within 100 kms of every major city, there should be numerous places which can be developed as a trekking, camping, fishing, boating, village eco-tourism site etc. Each tourist should also be encourgaed to give something back to the spot(nature), like planting a tree, installing a dustbin etc. Matheran is a hillstation where public vehicles are not allowed beyond a certain point which can be followed at other places. Encourgae bicycles.
1)we mustnt allow non biodegradable products there...like plastic, there...2) we must allow only bio degradable, like paper bags...
3) if we allow them, then when thery return, the things they have taken must be verified, if found guilty of throwing there, massive fine should be put...and also eco-cleaning session work, to bring awareness
SETUP STATE LEVEL COW CENTRE(VRINDAVAN) IN EVERY STATE -- IF LOIN SAFARI IS THERE WHY NOT VRINDAVAN IN EVERY STATE ---- WHERE PEOPLE CAN GO & GIVE THEIR SERVICES . IT SHOULD BE WELL MAINTAINED BY STATE TOURISM DEPT. WITH 7 DAYS-STAYING FACILITY -SO BATCHWISE PEOPLE CAN GO AND PARTICIPATE IN COW REARING ---- EXPERIENCE CHILDHOOD OF LORD KRISHNA-- THIS WILL ENCOURAGE PEOPLE EVEN HIGHER CLASS- ताकी जो लोग आज कुत्ता पलने में गर्व महसूश करते हैं। गौ सेवा का आनंद ले सके , बैल गाड़ी चलने का आनंद ले सके
Policies by the government should be strictly followed and violation of rules should be punished severely.
Here are my thoughts on increasing tourism. Document attached.
Apart from giving the basic facilities like good public toilets, clean roads without smoke spitting vehicles (using spurious fuel), good lodges and restaurants, facilities for car rentals with DIY and reasonable entry fees, ecosystem untouched is very important for tourism. In the wild, design trails with bicycle rentals, clean the rivers and create cosy and safe atmosphere on the banks, In the beaches create safe water sports. Brochures telling what and what not a tourist can do will make diff
Tourism is a must for development. It can provide finance for mauntaining local ecosystem. But care should be taken that tourism should not danger ecosystem.
1 plastic should be baned.
2 proper waste disposal should be strictly folowed.
3 effecient use of water
4 all private infrastructures should be build witout harming ecosystem
5 sewage system should be well planed. Not to drain to local water body
6 care of water bodies should be strictly folowed
Governments collects municipal taxes on the basis of area of construction. Water, Telephone, Electricity, etc dept collects on the basis of consumption. Similarly, there shall be a Environment Protection cess on the basis of non-echo friendly emissions from each house and the cess should be costlier. Simultaneously govt should promote utilization of renewable energy resources. Govt should give big concessions for producing the solar equips etc. This will help us to reach clean & green Bharat.
From last few years Himalayan region are a good tourist attraction, both national and international. We can start trekking competition , weekly trekking tours. This will attract more tourist. Opening of government cafe , where trekking tool and accessories can be rented. Opening of hill top resting place between treks are new thing which tourist will admire and will visit very often. Also some restriction on use of plastic bag, which affects d mountainous ecosystem.
If we want to see India green than we should think before cutting beautiful greenery and making the concrete places and buildings. We all should give some place in our house or near for plants and feel like them as our best friends as plants are the only one which give us oxygen and fresh air to breath. If we don't think seriously today we have to suffer tomorrow. If we grow infrastructure we should give the same importance to environment , concrete will not save our life in future. Grow trees..
