I've implemented a Hand Cursor like symbol into the logo looking like being guided by a set of arrow like symbols that is in the colours of the trirang. And the banner is telling the features of the programme shortly. The punchline is "Spreading the power of the finger". This is to insist the point that everything in this digital world has control from the finger.
