part-2 for bugage come on bugage belt sometime it take 1 hour or more also then u need to manualy clear your buagage from custome and there custom scanner machine so old so u need to carry bag and put on it people just think that we working overseas so earn too much so we need to give something to them that way all airport staff look on u so i just request we need to implement system that if any nri come to india when he go back that time take good memories with them.

part-1 As i travel through mumbai airport mostly but i feel mumbai airport is worst airport in world because when u first arrive from overseas at airport there is too much line in immigration specially in night all officer work too slowly not hurry to clear lines they work in there convenience. After that more trouble start baguage claim area there u find soo many agents who ask for bribe to clear your laguage from custom without any inspection.

NRI directors in corporate world are facing difficulty in complying some of the attestation requirement of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, MCA need to issue circular as per the advice of PMO to accept the self attested Passport, VISA and address proof from NRIs for the change of address and apply for Digital signatures. Getting attestation or notorisation of documents in abraod are costly and time consuming, if any self declaration is found wrong action must be taken as per law.

hello every one here i think we should submit 2 way points - issue and suggested solutions not only complaint each citizen of india is part of all issue and suggestions and implimentation so i think we should more focus on issue solving instead of only - complaining

Dual Citizenship would be a nice topic to discuss on. Being a NRI you lived all your life outside or born outside India and you may think of taking the citizenship of that country but than you loose your Identity INDIAN. Right to vote ! Its a stress tug of war "janm" bhoomi and "karm" bhoomi. Something needs to be done on this if you agree please like !

Foreign Ministry of India must develop an online portal which may provide country wise Indian Embassy details and all the required forms. There must be a Requirements list for each forms and a controlled & Reasonable fees. There also can be "Tatkal" Emergency services where you can pay and get your documents processed fast. This will help all the citizens to save time on running around gathering documents. Stamping fees must be less as people need to get their certificates and many official.

India should move to Smart ID system linked with Passports ,Immigration Rules of 19th century should be scraped and all paper works at Airports should be replaced with digital data. NRI/E should be welcomed when entering to home nation instead of facing bad immigration public relation. NRI/ NRE should have eligibility to vote from the country where they work or reside. Bank benifits for NRI/ NRE should have more benefits to avoid black money and to improve inward money transactions to India.

Please look into the following and see if it can be improved 1) Dual citizenship for people having OCI 2) Efficiency and transparency of passport/visa/etc. processing at Indian embassy in Stockholm

For frequent business travelers, it is very frustrating to submit their passport for every new Visa stamping, as it means that they cannot travel for at least 4-6 weeks. I understand that we cannot go around the world signing bilateral treaties to avoid the issue of visas but we can allow them to have 2 passports, so that they can travel on one when the other has been submitted for visa stamping.

Dedicate an organization to keep it upto date with latest amendments and news, thereby generating more jobs in India. Define SLAs & measure them for every embassy. Every transaction should be followed by concise & easy to fill customer feedback.
