Its right time to build Smartphone apps to all our govt services. For e.g., Create an app for Agriculture, scenario is an Agriculture officer goes to a farm visit, App should have forms to update the basic information and option to take a pic and geo tag it. By this we can bring in accountability, track them easily and also make the employee more efficient. We can spread this across departments and track the attendance and punctuality this would prove very critical for health sector, law & order

Please give each farmer a computer network with internet and its use. They would gain information regarding latest technology and also gain the day to day market rates to gain more profit. It can also help them in selling it directly in market (Local, National, and International). We can develop good sites for Information's regarding laws, E-complaint system, Simplier payment option for all taxes. Can develop a site which would give information about how much maxmium house is possible to built.

TDS website should get an award. It is a maze where one gets lost and would not want to go again. Request you to get it audited from users perspective. It truly gives the feel of the typical government organization where the process is so complicated that one cannot even move. Even to view your information, one has to login and then input at-least three transaction details and that too in correct format. Also TDS is supposed to be online. Still one has to submit a physical file.

Single KYC centralized registration for all the official requirements needs to be done and prioritized. I am surprised to hear from banks that RBI has asked account holders to submit a fresh KYC every two years with fresh PAN card copies. Why? Does it mean PAN also changes?
