The proliferation of digital technologies over the past two decades has been substantial, marking one of history’s most rapid rates of adoption of new technologies. Public of India today have access to a mobile phone than to electricity, powering exponential growth in global data generation. In current statistics where a person from our population cannot be recognized by unique number, policy making on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is inappropriate. to be cont.. in the document

Our identify must be biometric, without finger access identity leads to engorge to cheating and useless subsidy allotments. No need to provide card, record the finger and ration card related data at 5564 talukas offices computers r enough. But data should store in centralized govt server. Use only teachers to take survey. Provide unique PAN / Aadhar card & bank account to all. Credit the all type subsidy directly to bank. Banker to response for each person alive certificate verified every year.

Digitization of different government services is done way to empower citizens. ADHAR data base can be used to create different applications and based on that an Eco system of different services can be developed. For this first stage is already started now different service providers and entrepreneurs have to come together and use available data .For this ADHAR has to be given a legal status and made it mandatory to all Indian Citizens.

When we already have Aadhar Database…does an Indian Citizen have Vehicle Registration against name, Job Govt-Military-PSU-PVT-Other, own Pass Port, Ration Card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Bank Accounts and other Government Citizen Service. If No Desired Columns should be added in Central Database. And Aadhar Database should be linked to above different users who can make use of the Authentic Indian Database for Government Service in near Future. Who will own Database Registrar Birth and Death.
