Many of my friends are working in IT companies. There in those companies they give a specific time to complete that task depends on the work or the time that work consume. If we do the same thing in the government department a specific time for the specific job, in this way we can calculate the job he has done in that period of time. And one thing for the employee also if he/she does his /her work before the specific time then that remaining time will be added to his paid leave.

In some of the tourist places outside India, I have seen (and used) a phone booth or radio set pre-configured to just allow calls to a particular operator. We can use this concept in areas with high crime rates and have booths with a button to direct calls to the nearest police station/patrol. A built in camera may be used to prevent misuse. Each booth can be tracked with a unique id that would direct the call to the right control room preventing delayed response.

Part 2/2 The digital chip may include all the ‘a to z’ about the person who owns it. i.e., from his birth to present. This Digital ID could work as a legal and authorized ID proof all over the nation. As the user uses this ID card wherever he/she goes, the relative entry will be recorded into that digital chip. There are solutions available to prevent the originality of the ID so that it could not be tempered. With the help of bioinformatics we can solve the problem of unique identification.

Part 1/2 It is necessary to have a digital identification process for all Indian citizens which has already adopted and in use in many foreign countries. Aadhar Card was a good initiative but not been succeed as expected. There should be something which is declared as compulsory for every citizen which proves the existence of the individual. For every monetary transaction, jobs, banking or for any other benefits - services, one must have the unique identification card with digital chip in it.

Simplify property laws/transactions (inheritence/sale/resale etc) and digitize all the records as well as transactions. Have uniform property laws across the country. This application has multiple benefits: - Transparency in property transactions - Improved revenue for government from property transactions - Very little scope for fraudulent property transactions - Reduced litigation, thereby freeing court time and reduced burden on the legal system

A central criminal database would go a long way in preventing repeat crimes. This model is followed in most developed nations, where a criminal is registered on the database based on the severity of his crime for a predetermined period of time, and anyone who has to verify the criminal's identity can log on to the database and check. Such a system is very useful for schools/colleges/private security agencies for recruiting guards, as well as for law enforcement agencies.
