just improve quality of education at graduation levels like in engineering collages improved quality of education means more number of people with adequate knowledge which will make them employable and if one is skilled enough one can start one's own business there are still plenty of jobs but problem is that our youth are not skilled enough to be employed

Create at least one (Vegetable, Meat & other fresh food) processing and packaging hub close to train station in each district. Farmers can bring there produce directly to these centers and will be paid instantly into their bank account. Packed fruits, Veg & Meat should be transported within 24hrs in any part of India. Encourage FDI. Food samples should be tested by independent lab for their Quality. Ag Univ should work to improve quality & productivity based on lab report. I am Food Sci. in EU

Industrialization on fertilized land should be avoided because due to this our agriculture productivity is decreasing day by day.We should try to inspire our youth towards the agricultural field and trained them so that they can develop new ideas and techniques for agricultural growth.Banks should give more subsidy to farmers on agricultural loans.

my suggestion for job creation: We can focus on export market; There is huge demand for Indian goods like garments, textiles, toys, eatables, handicrafts etc, set up manufacturing units in every district for such goods. Also set up training institutes for employment in such sectors. Its a very good way to increase manufacturing GDP. China is doing the same thing. If we target the export market effectively there will be no unemployment in India. we can entrust TATA BIRLA AND RELIANCE for this.

Form a online portal where youth can register with their educational qualifications, performances etc.Categorise them based on their fields of work and appoint them when there is a vacancy until that is filled by PSC or UPSC.Empower PSCs to report vacancies immediatily. Also FDI in defence should be made 100% if that technology is ready to transfer to us.But those companies must only be allowed to recruit indians. That will save a lot from jobless position to job owners.

Creating an almost tax free and non interfering atmosphere will create a Dubai like environment in India. Plenty industry can flourish when there's no intervention by corrupt officers. The tax policy like sale tax, income tax, excise tax and above all the babudom and police are a big hindrance. I suggest scraping all taxes & introducing just 1 tax of 1% or 2% on all bank transactions. 1/2 for state & 1/2 for Centre. No departments means no corruption. Corporates could pay double or more. Freedom

Rural India comprises of a population of 35% artisans. They have access to talents, knowhow & techniques from family heirlooms. However many times they lack polished skills to create artefacts having commercial value in urban and non- local environments. Moreover even if some artisan do have these money making skills, still the prospects are diminished by middlemen and agents. If the Govt. & NGOs arrange to provide the required skills to make it commercially viable, jobs can be created locally.

PART-1 Industry/Services: Job creation can be done majorly by innovation/Entrepreneurship. Tax Rules,Funding & other applicable laws are major hindrance. POLICY MEASURE: 1) One point registration for a company & their applicable taxes like Sales/Service/ED etc. All online so that intermediaries don't play a role. 2) Creation of Skilled Bank which can be obtained cheap so that manufacturing/service cost is low & MADE IN INDIA becomes a reality.
