there is lot of scope in the service sector in airlines-MRO.Govt should take some used airport like tutocorin or salem airport in tamilnadu(1 flight is operating) and lot of unused land are available, govt should create basic infrastructure like creating two runway and ask the MRO company should setup there unit in the area. So private company will able to come there bcoz basic infra like runway is setup by govt,only thing for private sector to open the company and govt should give SEZ

Speedy implementation of DMIC along with the DFC project will create millions of jobs in the next three decades. Besides this Govt. Should allot atleast allot Rs 10,000 crore to DFC and DMIC yearly. Govt. should also make use of FDI and PPP. Besides this, deadlines should be set for this project according to the phases.

Create Lakes in every village and town with provision for more rain water and drain water to fill it Interconnect all major and minor rivers and canals in the nation and promote agriculture on the banks Construct Dams on rivers for every 200km Digitization of existing records allover the nation (Data entry) Construction of solar power cluster for every 1000 or 2000 houses this remove the transmission losses as well. Construction and maintenance of old-age homes and orphan homes

We have two very good airports at Delhi and Mumbai. However the fees airlines have to pay are very high too. We should give airlines discounts for a few years so that they develop these as hubs for their operations. This would not only create more job opportunities for people but would also promote tourism in the country with its knock-on effects. Any revenue lost would be more than made up by increase in traffic, visa fees for tourists etc. Please post your thoughts.

Simultaneous creation of lakhs of jobs & increase in sales tax revenue. All commercial establishments must be required to have Cash Machines. These Cash Machines must be manufactured in India to create thousands of jobs in India and these machines must be supplied at subsidized or cost price. By making it compulsory all sales will be recorded even for Rs.1 and Tax collection and revenue increases a thousand fold and are electronically monitored and reported to tax authorities as in Europe.

College students should be encouraged to create job opportunities rather than taking job. Entrepreneurship should be promoted. One stop govt portal should be created by govt which deals right from the moment, student gets any idea to start company and till providing loans at minimal interest rates. It should cover easy registration of company and all necessary formalities

Consolidation phase (2Years): Find out all jobs created, running, abolished in last 20 years. Sort out from them, the jobs still have credibility & enlist them and fill up the jobs. Find out the jobs which make plinth of further development of Nation, create, run and fill up the jobs. Find out the jobs with higher export potentiality with quality assurance.Skilled training to boost up these jobs and future jobs. Intensive phase(3years): Jobs for All around development of the Nation.

i have seen example that is, an nri started dairy with new equipments and technology so that he can increase his production though he started dairy he doesn't got labour to work for him he than apporched a college near mahaboobnagar and said to 12+ student he want give jobs to them but on one condition that they should work for dairy at least 3hrs a day. he trained hem in his dairy and send them to other dairies to work on latest equipments this how he created intrest in minds of young students
