New Technology should be provided in agriculture sector to farmers, at govt. costs or on subsidies. Agriculture Assistant should be employed at block or Panchayat Samiti levels, they would work under District Agriculture Officer. These Agriculture Assistant, would educate farmers to adopt new techniques in farming. Vigilance constables/inspectors, be deputed in every village, to report exploitation cases of farmers. Adult education should employ uneducated youths who are age bar for other jobs.
