The Govt should give tax, rate of interest and other benefit to small company like turnover below Rs.500 crs or PAT below Rs.50 crs or employee after 10 for service sector sector and for manufacturing company. The Govt. can link the benefit of tax benefit or subsidy to number of employees. if we link any benefit to SME or Large company to number of employees it will generate lot of job creation and Govt get the data for employment as correct as it want. the benefit is on no. of employee.

The Govt should limit the tax exemption to SME unit only for either in manufacturing or in services sector. Like why there is need to give tax exemption company like Infosys which is earning more than Rs.10,000 crs and having cash and bank balance of Rs.25,000 crs or more. They are The tax exemption should be limited to profit, turnover, no of employee etc. by this way, we can produce more businessman and more job creation. we have to give some good benefit to first generation businessman.

The biggest job creation can only happen by innovative ideas and by New innovation our nation can become great but only by innovation by showing the world we can innovate things for future. India has very intelligent ppl but they don't have funds if you want innovations you have to experiment for that u need money I suggest govt of India to fund minimum of 10000 crore towards innovation and inventing New things. This can create million of jobs in future and help India become super power

Lakhs of jobs can be created in the field of energy and resources conservation with qualifications varying from a high school pass to an expert. This will help in creation of 'Wealth from Nothing' as it will only require implementation of a law called 'The Energy Conservation Act,2001' in letter and spirit.

A lot of importance should be given to make people understand the benefits of using products made in India. This will create a lot of job opportunities. This should be our final goal. To begin we should allow FDI in many sectors atleast for first 5 or 10 years by that time the technical skill can be acquired by us and then create our own industries which will boost the job market for coming generations.

Power is the major sector requiring attention. Coal linkages, environment clearance are to be resolved by the Govt. Many industries are downsizing because pr power cuts. Deficit of power for the current year has been forecast by the CEA. Even if the demand grows up without power no new industry can come up. Even agriculture require pump sets for watering the crops. Govt.without further delay has to focus on power plants coming. Development and job opportunity will follow with growth of power.
