According to my point view first of all in all govt. & Public sector exams age max. limit for GEN category should be 30 yrs. Only one exam should be conducted for all jobs according to their subjects except IS, IPS, ES & IFS etc. For all the exams all students should passed,& not appeared in his course. In all exams language Hindi should be equally treated as English for the group discussion as well as in personal interview.

Agriculture sector is backbone of India. So is Ayurveda too. The Ayurveda drug industry is facing acute shortage of herbal drugs and as a result the medicines are highly priced. Thus a proper co-ordination of the two sectors not only boosts the economy of agriculturists but will fulfill the need of Ayurveda drug industry. But first of all Ayurveda drug industry should be made to involve specialized personal in the related subjects of Ayurveda by amending the laws of Good Manufacturing Practice.

Areas such as Ports and shipbuilding should be managed by Professionals like Master Mariners, Marine Engineers and Naval architects instead of IAS or other Civil servants who are actually lost about such ventures. Locals should be employed as far as possible. Desist from operaying schools, Hospitals ands massive housing colonies in these ventures as all these facilities are locally available at a much lesser cost.

Superannuated persons abound in almost every sector thanks to the policy of extending retiring age. There are others who cling to their posts through reappointment. Under the pretext of having experience people well beyond their physical or mental ability continue in goverment services and deprive the youth of their fare share of a chance to serve the nation. For example in higher education sector UGC has raised retiring age for Professors across the country to 65! What a foolhardiness !
