Job creation in agriculture sector: central govt. should make compulsion of creating posts of agricultural engineers….. currently, there are some states like rajasthan have these posts… I live in Maharashtra… there are 10 agricultural engineering colleges in state and total passing students every year are 600… so it will be sufficient to appoint 1 agri. Engineer for 1 district/taluka for solving agri. Related problems in than particular area by using technical knowledge he got in engineering….

Food grain Production will increase from 25 Caror tonne to 50 Crore tonne in Next 10 Years. Hence 20 cr Farmer family will come out from poverty. India will able to supply 10 Cr Tonne of Food Grain to World (Rs. 7 Lac Cr,) and Will Save 2 Lac Cr. By using Ethanol mixing Petrol Like Brazil.

Introduce Special Agricultural Zones where small farm lands are integrated to make a larger land & the owners are made share holders of this plot. Such zones will have latest warehousing & cold storage facilities, cattle shelters, water & power supply & an agicultural university. Farming to be done on contract basis where farmers will sign contracts with buyers via auction. This will help in large scale production, help reduce food inflation & at the same time give best returns to the farmers.

Stop every municipal corporations from executing contract work orders. Like developing internal roads, road patching etc. Appoint required number of workers in each corporation area. Supply them row material direct from government. then imagine 50% of profit of contractor will be saved. jobs are open. and city roads will shine with quality material.

Agriculture can be given a big boost by giving opening more agro universities in rural India. Giving free education to farmers about latest technologies, organic farming, reducing use of urea, fertilizers & pesticides. Providing easy loans to make large multi storey buildings which can have ware houses on the top floors & shelter for cattle on the lower floors. This activity will promote farming, animal husbandry, infrastructure & reduce wastage & thus reduce food inflation.

Aviation sector.Job creation doest mean you create new jobs in sector and due to New job other ppl lost there job in that sector everything should be taken into consideration before taking any decision previous govt took decision blindly I hope modi ji change that. I advise govt to cancel airasia and Tata - Singapore license immediately because our airlines are flying empty seats and in losses. Take steps to revive aviation sectors and save Indian airlines. Look at Qatar airlines govt runs it

aviation sector.if we have 4 person in our house and we can't feed them and they stay half empty stomach. They don't have money still they add more person in family without thinking . This happen only in India I hope this new govt change this thing and immediately cancel license of airasia and tata Singapore airlines.because our own airlines are in big loss and flying empty seats. Due to previous govt policy. Our airlines are closing or bleeding with big loss plz change that.don't kill sector

Conduct Investors meet in order to obtain Investments. After presenting the MOU monitor the process properly so that the process flow does gets hindered any where in the middle. Lands, Water Resource problems should be resolved

In India in many Govt office the e governance is started by giving contract to Private companies who make maximum profit .They make use of employees for less salary .As I am the employee in a such a project I m getting very less salary of 8.5k altough I m engineer that also not getting at correct time. So suggest Govt. to provide some tenure to those workers directly besides of private company.
