The country should explore providing of low interest term loans from other countries for SME sector, which will immensely boost the prospects of setting up new industries all over the country. The same will also be helpful in garnering foreign exchange inflows to the country, resulting in unpresedented employment generation

- Tie-up with colleges & offer internships in Agri sector, this would attract fresh talent in Agri Sector. - Offer incentives to Manufacturing/Service industry instead of subsidy, this would help in attracting more entrepreneurs. Example: If Waste disposal/Water utilization is efficient, their will be incentive in set-up of Solar Plant for self consumption. This would help in two way & such thing will have multiplying effect on development. - Set-up Special zone like SEZ & govt buy from them.

In India we have manufacturers in and pieces, unorganized ,outdated technology , which increases cost and reduce our global competiveness ,We should adopt the China's Mass Production Model ,Low Interest rate ,minimum licensing ,less Legal work ,simple tax implications. If manufacturing and service sector is supported by government and encourage to grow it will automatically boost the employment in the country .
