This task seeks ideas on how to improve employment creation in three sectors of the Indian economy. The information and ideas received from this task can be forwarded to the concerned government department, experts and industry leaders so that they stand to gain from the suggestions given.
There are lot many people begging around even after being physically fit, such people can be employed in gov. services just like for railway cleaning department, municapal co-op. etc, Gov. should make an teaching center for them and then employ them ,should provide gov. houses just as other gov. officials get. This will not only enhance employment but also reduce GARIBI from our country. If my idea is good then please LIKE it so that our PM will notice it and if he reads then surely will implement.

Jobs can be created in villages by dividing the occupation of farmers into two. One group will be involved in agriculture & other group should set up agriculture based factories. For eg. if one group produces tomatoes in large scale then other group should set up tomato made food like ketchup, chips etc. This will increase production & reduce prices. Govt. should give financial assistance for setting up these factories. Employment will increase in rural areas.
In many government departments there are lot of pending work. Papers keep piling up and files does not move. In most of the cases where simple work of general public gets struck up, something like permission / approvals, where regular staff keep them pending for bribes / lack of staff. We need to change this system by remote processing of applications, which we are doing in Income tax for salary people. By this we can generate jobs at less cost. We need to identify the departments to implement.
India can generate more jobs in agriculture by exporting the Vegatables, fruits, meat, egg on daily basis to middle-east country covering UAE fully, BY high-speed boat-(Customized ship with AC-container) operating daily, so ship will need to take from Western port-Even from small port(Gujarat to Kerala) and to reach the DUBAI,ADU DABAI(with 4 hours, include 2 hours time difference). So india can supply veg, fruits on daily basis to UAE. It will improve the income to our agri sectors.
Being the second most populated country in the world we are rich of resources to do work.
What we lack is the proper planning and execution of task and utilization of resources.
1. We need to promote more of youth to do work and the experienced employee to guide the youth teaching them the tick and tips to do the task. this way both can be employed and better results can be obtained in less time.
As the task carried out will be executed fast we will have the edge over the others to be ahead.
approximately we have one corer of gov employes based on their levels and scales government cut their Sal to some extent and they should spend that money in Indian products in this ways we will increase in only Indian market in production wise employable wise also
By Bringing retirement age from 60 years to 58 years in Govt/Semi Govt./PSU/ Private Sectors, except Judges,IAS,IPS,IFS,Chairmans,Managing Directors. With two retire persons, one should be employed. By bringing the retirement age from 60 years to 58 years, young people will join the workforce at the lowest level with starting salary, whereas those at age of 58 years drawing highest salary.Save in Salary , Young force will join with initial salary,Recruitment half, with two retire, one.will employed.
1. Take the mobile network to the villages on priority as infrastructure development policy. Nowadays the power of information and connectivity is so immense that it would creat many small small jobs automatically which villagers can easily perform. Once the people in villages(skilled, unskilled, semiskilled) are connected through mainstreame India and world, they can get so many small jobs in the net itself fron india or even overseas outsourcing. There are already some sites in india and more to come asking to register their skills like driver, carpenter, cobbler, electrician, fitter, welder, cleaner, writer, translator, housemaid, baby seater farmer etc.
2. if our government can compile the maximum possible data of peoples in india from the voters data with their skills and contact nos, and post the same through official govt. website. this data can be utilized by many entrepreneurs needing this skilled, unskilled, semiskilled or educated people for their MSME's.
