This task seeks ideas on how to improve employment creation in three sectors of the Indian economy. The information and ideas received from this task can be forwarded to the concerned government department, experts and industry leaders so that they stand to gain from the suggestions given.
1. Primary, Secondary Education to be taken up by Government while higher education can be privatized.
2. We need more teachers and Teaching profession to be made attractive - that too at Primary and Secondary level - this will generate employment as well contribute to skill development among the children and youth.
3. Employment guaranteed skill development programs - linked to rural, agriculture and agri-based industries, domestic need based skills like plumbing, etc., should be encouraged
It is time for the Indian Railways to start working as the Airport Authority of India to allow the private sector to run trains. This is what happens in Europe. This would then create a market for buying the coaches and engines, thereby forcing companies to manufacture them in India. In future, they might be exported from here as well just like the car industry in India. This would create huge number of jobs for the design, manufacturing, project planning etc. boosting the Made in India brand.
SINGRAULI - SMART CITY + JOB CREATION + TOURISM + SKILL DEVELOPMENT
there is much more lots of scope in the agriculture what we can imagine , but one factor why is not grooming is branding and status of this field , we need to create image of this sector like other field i.e IT , Mobile , technology , second thing we need to use technology , need to change policy to give more benifit ground level.
1. Vast coastal line to be developed for tourism - both domestic and foreign tourits.
2. Religious Tourism to be structured, regulated and organised - generate huge employment
3.. All the water bodies should be developed - converted into tourist places - this will improve ground water level as well improve job creation.
Bharat ke pass anek aisy pracheen vidhaye hai jinse bahut pahle se hi videshi nagrik aakarshit hote rahe hai jaise ayurveda, yoga etc. Yadi hamari sarkar inhe badava de to ye videshi mudra arjit karne ko shadhan ban sakti hai.jis prakar keraliya panchakarma ke karan kerala ke paryatan ko protsahan mila hai, vahan bahut se foreigners kewal panchakarma ke uddeshya se aate hai. Yadi sare desh mai is tarah ke international centre khole jaye to india me chikitsa, siksha aur paryatan ko badava milega.
1. Stop importing agri-products unless there is a shortage.
2. Reduce the gap between the producer and market - for both agri, agri-based and industrial consumables. 3.Encourage Direct sales to the consumer - reduce middle men and reduce cost and encourage consumption by reducing price.
4 Incentivize sales within the local markets to reduce logistics efforts and costs.
5. Enforce safe working conditions very strictly at all work places - agri, small, medium and large industries
If we really collect data from all the existing Organizations in India like Education/Police/Military/Medical etc, we will find lakhs and lakhs of vacancies have not been filled for long long time, it's a good idea to expedite the process of filling out the vacancies and then venture into a new area. This task will bring stability to the economy as employment will increase and so the spending power and capability.
1. Energy availability to all sectors - mandate all Domestic and LT users to use only Solar power & divert all hydel and thermal power to Industries for HT.
2. Since most of the domestic applications require less voltage, supply only 110 volt power for domestic use.
3. Encourage Small and Medium industries with low investment in villages & towns to create jobs.
4. Incentivize local employment at village and town levels to stop migration to cities.
5. Encourage Agro-based industries
POLICY MEASURE FOR JOB CREATION IN SECTORS WITH ‘SKILL GAP’
• A SHORTAGE OF SKILLED WORKERS – SKILL GAP; TURN THIS INTO AN OPPORTUNITY FOR JOB SEEKERS; JOB SEEKERS COUNSELLING MEETS – JSCM
• STUDENTS TO CREATE THEIR OWN CAREERS: BUILD WORK CULTURE IN YOUNG PEOPLE – THEY HAVE A JOB AND TRAIN AND WORK TO RETAIN IT! FIVE PHASED education, training, and work experience levels:
• EVOLVE INTERVIEWS
