we have to stop urbanisation. A lot of youth are migrate from rural due to the employment caused by the IT sector. Practice of agriculture is forgotten nowdays. main reason is engineering studies. They sell their agriculture land cheaply in order to make their children engineers.

Increasing old age population in western countries, require lot of nurses / paramedics and young helping hands in future. This creates an excellent employment opportunity for the rural girls/ youths to enter in service sectors abroad in jobs like teachers, nurses, electrician, plumber, carpenter and cooks and drivers etc. Government may facilitate by setting up an employment exchange/portal for Indians willing to go abroad. This will provide rural India a chance to work abroad.

Most of the engineers coming out taking their degress and getting a job are not fit the reason behind this is that the studies der is all theoretical.and less practical due to which studemts der has no intrest nad no experience how to handle on real life..so this must increase and the person not fit for job must be removed..

Boost Agricultural employment by guiding ICAR & FCI to address grain and pulse loss, post harvest. Jobs that protect harvest against loss are more meaningful than compensating for such loss by increasing agricultural production.
Unlike go-downs or warehouses, there is innovation called Neveridle storage that moves to where it is needed, so harvest is off the ground, under a roof and protected from rats, birds, insects or mold.
Agricultural policy that protects harvest creates meaningful jobs.

Government should aggressively focus to generate energy from sun so that other foreign energy sources may be avoided. At every corner of the country, industries should be installed & promoted for preparing sun equipments which can contribute to accumulate sun energy. Our geographical conditions provides ample availability of sun for which we have to pay nothing to anyone. Growth of such industry will contribute to improve economy & employment, enhance export of sun equipments & foreign reserves.

promote the micro and small enterprises as well as the unorganized sector by completely overhauling the labour laws, the factories act 1948, the industrial disputes act 1947, the trade unions act 1926, the apprentices act 1961.
these laws have stifled the prospects of job creation by overly leaning towards the employees instead of being balanced towards both the parties viz the employee and the employer. also the powers of various govt dept overlooking the said acts needs to be limited.

Most of youth are out of job market due to not having work experience after getting degrees. It should be made mandatory for organised sector to employ minimum freshers to give them work experience for atleast 3 years. The government may foot 50% of such expenses. This activity may be coordinated done by new central ministry .This will serve dual purpose of employment and skill development

In manufacturing and service industry, it is proposed to make it mandatory that working women should have choice of working 4 hrs or 8 hrs with propotionate pay. This will prevent them to leave job due to child rearing at home and at the same time increase employment for others without extra cost for industry and nation.
