To boost job creation in agriculture sector, we can take steps like (1) integrate small fields by forming corporation of small farmers, (2) use advance machines and techniques for farming and harvesting, (3) ease loan so they can payback in payback period, (4) allow corporations to have their own supply chain to market, (5) facilitate the formation of co-operative markets by such corporation and lastly (6) enable proper profit distribution among corporation.

I want to start by sharing an example. People in the industry above 65yrs of age are working at gud salaries.I appreciate it. But they have very lil responsibilities. Cattle rearing centers should be created on gairmajarua(non propertietary )land which every village have.Biogas units should be created for lighthing.Thorugh village Panchyat,common facilities,biogas plants,toilets,cattle rearing center can be created on such a common land,where villagers keep their cattle ,so that every village has its own elcetricity.
