Such drives are a wonderful opportunity for people’s participation and they are major avenues to raise awareness on the importance of cleanliness in one’s neighbourhood.
swachh bharat banane k liye hme har city me km se km hr 500mi pe ek small dustbin rkhna chahiye; or logo ko use use karne k liye jagruk karna chahiye;
I have started devoting fifteen minutes everyday after my morning walk to remove rubble and other garbage on the road sides anywhere along my drive. Now, I do not curse the municipality for not doing its job. Rather, every morning I identify the spot of my city that will look better tomorrow with my touch.
A group of employees in a company can accept a task and volunteer for an evening or a day, once a month. The task could be to cleaning an area, running a public awareness campaign, painting walls or community buildings, etc. These help society; companies gain publicity and society's goodwill; it's a great team building and networking opportunity for the participating employees who will have fun working together and also the satisfaction of having an impact on society. Everybody wins!
Cleanness stars from own (Itself),
Next from our family, then later community to society
one task like first our work make itself clean, priority for clean work of own-level, In home all dust garbage,
non-usable things are goes towards Dustbin then to the Municipal-corporation Dustbin-Van
Every Family must use Dustbin/ Dust-Buckets for outside Home whole Garbage/waste go in this
Every Pan stall tea-stall, small shop do this Same manner
strictly avoid non-disposable things
The clean-up activity was carried out by us on Sunday, 7th September 2014,in the vicinity of S.V. Road of Borivali area in Mumbai with the Co-Operation of the workers from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Sharing some of the pictures of the same.
PM asked Corporate Houses to provide toilets under Corporate Social Responsibility fund. As the public toilets mostly are unusable due to non maintenance, corporate houses to maintain the toilets as well. They should depute staff to ensure that toilets are maintained as they are maintained in their own premises.
Rain Tree Park popularly known as Malaysian Township is a gated community with 1776 apartments in Hyderabad.
At present solid waste is being disposed to local land fill without any help from local municipality. As part of cleanliness drive and disposing waste in environmentally friendly way, like minded residents have joined hands to find feasible options to see no garbage goes outside the township to landfill.
As part of the campaign, please find attached our first step of recommendation.
